NAATI Credentialed Community Language (CCL) Test

Assessment Criteria
The Quality and register of your language pay key roles in the evaluation of your proficiency under the CCL test. Points can be deducted for errors in accuracy, distortions, omissions and insertion of information against what is provided in the recordings.
A total of 63 points or higher is required to pass the NAATI CCL test.
Test Format

You are tested against your ability to understand and communicate in both English and the target language. The dialogues will, therefore, represent real-life conversations in the Australian community.

The CCL test is a certification service run by the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI).
Point-based Skilled Visa applicants can claim five (05) points towards their total points if they successfully pass the CCL test and obtained the NAATI certification either as an accredited interpreter or a translator.
